We need our resilience now more than ever. Not only to protect our mental health during social isolation, but to be able to lead our teams through Covid-19. Yet for most of us, the strategies we would have used before the pandemic are now greatly limited. This means that everywhere people are needing to come up with new plans that work, fast.
